Individual aspects for a governing body of an HEI to consider will include the establishment and operation of a health and safety committee, good health and safety management with regard to business decisions, leadership and good practice by senior management, and also the health and safety arrangements of partners, suppliers and contractors.

CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme

In December 2013 the Environment Agency, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, and the Northern Ireland Environment Agency published a new version of the ‘CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC) guidance for participants in Phase One’. The scheme consists of seven phases, and is currently in Phase One which runs from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2014.
